HZL-100 for Aluminum 99.9%
Description
HZL-100 is a special alloy based on aluminum and zinc, it does not need flux for its application. It is ideal for sealing holes and cracks in radiators and fillings in worn parts. It provides homogeneous welds, with excellent corrosion resistance and free from pores. Thickness of 2.5mm and length of 450mm.

Application
Clean the surface of the gaskets (we indicate the Cleaner 51 ), heat the area where the solder will be applied, and at the same time touch the rod HZL-100. At a temperature of 380ºC, the rod will begin to melt, and fill the voids very easily, providing a homogeneous and perfect weld.
